    Identify signs and symptoms of trauma in your students and staff while reflecting on the unique experiences within your school community.

    Take a deep dive into your current policies and protocols. We'll view them through a trauma-informed lens and work together to design innovative ways to prioritize the well-being of your school staff.

    The final session is all about reflecting on key takeaways, charting your next steps in implementing healing-centered leadership practices, and celebrating your commitment to fostering an emotionally safe school environment.
